Participation in the public tipster community is optional and requires express consent in the account settings. When a user opts in, GPlus25 may show members with ranking access the profile name, account email, recorded picks and related performance indicators, including stakes, odds, results, profit, ROI and hit rate.
Without consent, the user is not included in rankings and no public profile is created. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in the account settings. Withdrawal removes ranking entries and makes the profile and picks inaccessible, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Data may be processed by hosting and infrastructure, authentication, email and support, payment and billing, fraud-prevention and professional-advisory providers, and by public authorities where legally required. Each provider receives only the data needed for its role.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid GDPR safeguard are used. Information about the applicable safeguard may be requested at hello@gplus25.com.
Data is obtained directly from the user, device and use of the service and, for payment status, references and billing, from the payment provider. GPlus25 does not receive full card details.
Data marked as required is necessary to create the account, authenticate the user, enter into or perform the subscription and comply with legal duties. Without it, the account or contracted service may not be available.
GPlus25 does not make solely automated decisions about users that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Statistical models analyse sporting events and are not used for personal profiling with such effects.

GPlus25 does not sell personal data. Sharing may only occur with technological providers strictly necessary for platform operation or by legal obligation.
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts towards the buyer as merchant of record, authorised reseller and the party responsible for payment processing, invoicing, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes and refunds.
Personal data will be retained only for the period strictly necessary for service execution, legal compliance and platform security maintenance.
When a user requests account deletion, access and current-use identifiers are deleted or made inaccessible and consent-based data is no longer published. Certain subscription, payment, security, audit or legal-defence records may be retained or pseudonymised for the period required by the relevant obligation. The request does not erase data that the law requires to be retained.

The platform may display statistics, results, schedules or sports data from external sources. This information is not the user's personal data and may be corrected, delayed, incomplete or removed by the relevant providers.
Because jurisdictions differ between countries, GPlus25 does not disclose current odds associated with operators or bookmakers. Any historical odds displayed are accounting records used in performance calculations; their source data may be retained internally for auditing without public disclosure. Minimum odds produced by the model are analytical thresholds, not betting offers.
